The team at Specialist Medical has a vision to establish a unique group of practices that bring together the expertise of teaching-hospital radiologists, outstanding service and local referrers to provide patients and the local community with a new standard of excellence in medical imaging.

SMI has assembled a team of radiologists with sub-specialty expertise and created a network between all SMI practices and Macquarie Medical Imaging at Macquarie University Hospital,  in order to provide the highest quality scanning and reporting for our patients.

Our radiologists are further specialised in areas of their interest and have all undergone further training in their chosen areas of expertise. Subspecialty scanning methods and reporting by radiologist enable us to diagnose earlier and with greater accuracy.

Our objective is to provide a professional, high quality service without compromising patient care.

We provide a dedicated, enthusiastic, multicultural and professional team ready to answer your questions, help with forms, assists with access and communication to ensure an effective and smooth journey through the scanning experience.
